Job Description

  • Work with manager to cater to clients' financial needs
  • Provide advice for clients on asset management, asset protection, investment portfolio, premium financing, and fund management
  • assist to analyse external economic trends, political, and legislation changes, for their financial impact on the investments
  • Work with the team to perform after-sales services to clients
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or project support if necessary

 

Requirements

  • University students pursuing Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
  • Majoring in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or other related business fields will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent oral and written expression in both Chinese & English, Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, eager to learn, and responsible

Position: Management trainee/ Legal and Compliance Department/ Risk Management Department

Job duties

  • Assist handling general and investment compliance related matters pertaining to the Company and ensuring that the asset management and fund management businesses adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist to liaise with front office to ensure that any new business initiatives conform to internal requirements and external regulations.
  • Performing periodic compliance monitoring and reviews on various business activities
  • Assist to providing relevant compliance training on various subject matters.
  • Assisting other members of the department on various other matters, including but not limited to: SFC inspections, SFC inquiries & investigations.
  • Managing license applications and CPT requirements and responding to any inquiries from regulators on such matters.
  • Assist to performing and co-ordinating fund-related compliance controls and reporting fund investment and management activities as appropriate.
  • Taking up ad-hoc projects with other affiliate team members.

 

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, tactful when dealing with people, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Job duties

 

Perform secretarial and general administrative duties

Manage travel arrangement and logistics

Assist staff expense reimbursement

Provide support on daily office administration, e.g. incoming calls/ mailing/ Couriers, meeting rooms booking, office equipment and stationery ordering etc

Position: Management trainee_Operations/ Risk Management Department

 Job duties

  • Support daily operations in relation to prepare the portfolio valuation and financial statements for designated portfolios and various types of funds and offbalance sheet items.
  • Assist in fund audit/offbalance sheet item and arrange the relevant documents and confirmation.
  • Prepare and design investment compliance checklist as required by the funds
  • Participate in the development and implementation of operational processes and control to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk
  • Perform ad-hoc project and assignment when required
  • Shift to other department if needed

Job requirement

  • University of above
  • knowledgeable in Cayman Private Equity Fund’s operation is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in fund structure and relevant local and international laws and regulatory is preferred
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
  • Fluency in written English and Chinese and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
