Position: Assistant Manager/Manager (Finance and Operations Department)
Job Duties:
- Handle full set accounts and daily accounting operations independently
- Prepare the monthly financial statements and various report such as client's account
- Liaise with auditors and related parties for audit matters
- Participate in budget planning, cash flow projection.
- Assist the finance head at the Beijing headquarters in completing related tasks, including improving standardized financial processes, internal control management systems, budget formulation and tracking, financial audits, financial statement submission and analysis.
- Perform general administrative jobs & procurement process.
- Handle accounting systems related matters
- Support ad-hoc projects and analysis
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management reporting within financial services industry;
- Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, CPA is a strong advantage;
- Good command of spoken and wrttien English and Chinese;
- Proficiency in use of MS office (including MS Excel & PowerPoint), experience with SAP perferred;
- Good team player and demonstrated strong interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position: Senior Manager/Associate Director (Finance and Operations Department)
Job Duties:
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify key trends.
- Manage and optimize daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Conduct cash flow forecasting and variance analysis to proactively address potential shortfalls or surpluses.
- Oversee treasury functions, including managing banking relationships, debt, and foreign exchange exposures.
- Assist in the evaluation and management of the company's investment portfolio.

Requirement

- HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent chartered accountant qualification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with commercial firms is required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills,

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Job duties
· Handling general and investment compliance related matters pertaining to the Company and ensuring that the asset management and fund management businesses adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
· Being responsible for liaising with front office to ensure that any new business initiatives conform to internal requirements and external regulations.
